We all know the wait for games can be agonizing. Between the Potato Pack, E3 rumors, and those tantalizing game demos online, it makes us want those must-have titles in our systems even more. Hopefully these gaming pics will help to ease the pain.

An interview with Suda 51, the twisted mind behind Shadows of the Damned
His projects have been called “eastern-European puppet shows,” “Sid & Nancy in hell,” and “pure punk spirit.” Only limited by his own imagination, this head of Grasshopper Manufacture has created some of the most mind-bending, creative, and original titles to date. With a resume that includes such “trips” as No More Heroes and Killer 7, Suda 51 (Goichi Suda) hopes to re-enter the garden of madness with his newest project Shadows of the Damned, walking in with one ideology in mind: “Punx not dead.”
A 24 Karat gold Wii? What won’t they mod next?

Case modding is both a passion and artistic expression. After all, it gives both the gamer and console a sense of identity. But how much is too much? Is a gold-encrusted Wii from crystalicing.com a way to show creative devotion to one’s pastime, or a way to show one’s Scrooge McDuck-sized bank account? While that shiny artifact was a little much, that doesn’t mean there aren’t awesome mods that emphasize style over bling.
Sonic’s “The Sound of Speed” is a blast from the past
The melodies of Sonic’s adventures have been ingrained into every gamers’ head for close to 20 years now. Sure, the sounds of the Green Hill Zone may have received everything from metal riffs to orchestrated melodies, but none have received as much collaborative effort as OCRemix’s latest album, “The Sound of Speed.”

Denny’s Baconalia is a celebration of bacon…and maple bacon sundaes
Are you a health nut? On an all vegan diet? Quick! Cast your eyes elsewhere because American chain of fine truckstop dining known as Denny’s Restaurants is offering up heaploads of coronary goodness. Long set in the annals of history as an “extravaganza of crispy dishes whereupon bacon was king,” Baconalia celebrates a time when everything delicious is made even more delicious with the addition of – you guessed it – bacon! As a bacon aficionado, when I heard about such a quest, I accepted its meaty challenge.
How far will Valve’s potato hunt take you?
I’m sure you all know of the “Potato Bundle” on Steam right now. Buy the games in the bundle, find the hidden spuds, get early access to Portal 2 right? Turns out one Steam user made quite the discovery, along with an awkward attempt at a covert (and nerdy) investigation.
