How to make video games look bad: "Mario" stabs father over gaming dispute in Italy

Following Saturday’s post regarding a car thief’s capture while the thief was playing GTA, it seems others are trying to one-up the ironic, video game related crimes. Reported in this morning, a teenager was apprehended under charges of stabbing his own father over a video game dispute…in Italy…and the teen’s name was Mario. *sigh*[nextpage]

Okay, as much as I hate sensationalizing every bit of video game related violence/crime that goes on, I couldn’t help but pick up on this story PURELY because the irony. Granted “Mario” is definitely a more common name in Italy, but I guess ironic gaming stories tickle my dark, shriveled humor.
