OK, so can you see a pattern to the problem? Do you notice if it's being triggered by something?
How do you know if you entered into a wrong raffle. When you do notice, did you just enter into another one?

This sounds like it could be really tricky to isolate, so I'm going to need your help on this one.

Well this has happen a few time on sepreate ocassion. 1st it happen with a purchase of a PC game,  Captn swag was able fix the problem by voiding the transaction. 2nd time it happen was when I notice I lost some points after just logging in. I went to check "my point page" and saw that I have a few entries in the phantasystar, torchline, SFd raffle. I just ignored it, thinking maybe I entered it by mistake when I meant to enter the t-shirt ones...

Yesterday, after logging in i saw that I lost 5pts. Again, I checked my history and saw that for some weird reason I have another entry in the phantasy raffle.  but yeah, Im not sure what the real problem was.

OK Redboy, your issue has been submitted to the devs, so we'll see if we can get to the bottom of this.

BTW - Have you tried changing your password? Just wanted to make sure there isn't an account breach.

We'll return your points for the items you won but don't want. What's concerning is that if this is happening, it suggests that either someone has acccess to your account, or that your account is being crossed with someone else's, so this problem could be affecting them too.

I have changed pasword.

yeah I would like my points back. fyi, I had 4 entries used the PS raffle.

It's not really a bug. It's just how it works. You can future date. But you can't backdate a blog. Yeah, I know, sorta strange. But there's enough people interested in it, we can add that feature.
