• Private groups are showing up in people's profile. They should remain hidden.
• In the Swag Auction, if you click on page 2, you still end up on page 1.
• In the MY ACTIVITY module on your MY SITE page, sometimes you'll get duplicate entries if you post the forums or blogs.

 

• FIXED - When a user changes the title of his URL, it sometimes creates duplicate entries, and the old one can't be deleted.
• FIXED - When you are filling out the text fields of your profile, all the breaks are lost, so the text just string along into one long sentence.
• FIXED - Older blogs when viewed in browse mode show the whole blog, which can be daunting to scroll through.
• FIXED - In your MY SITE section, there are some times duplicate entries in your FRIEND ACTIVITY module. In addition, sometimes deleted items are still showing up.
• FIXED - Sometimes a user's points don't show up on their MY SITE page. The points are still there, but they aren't being displayed. This issue is not consistent and sometimes comes and goes.
• FIXED - Users are still running into the issue of being logged off from  their profile even when they are active on it.

 

• Emails regarding Swag Auction wins need formatting help. Sometimes the infomation isn't clear.
• Sometimes different images are showing up for a person's Avatar, since there are three different size versions. Sometimes the image shown is the default one for the site, though the person has already updated their Avatar.
• Emoticons that you can select when you are adjusting your MOOD aren't showing up on IE or Chrome browsers.
• A user seems to have an issue with being able to change MOOD or STATUS while using IE.

FIXED - We are going to limit our raffle format for the Swag Auction in the short term til we fix a bug. Seems like for some prizes there are multiple emails going out for winner notification, even though the system clearly has defined one winner. Since this can raise confusion, not to mention anger some people, we are going to switch to other format for now.

FIXED - We are aware of an issue where some people who had bid on an auction item, but lost, aren't seeing their points returned right after the auction is over.

USER POINTS DISCREPANCY

We been able to fix part of the issue that was causing the sporadic occurrences of user points not syncing up. However, as part of that fix, we had to reset the points displayed for your past forum posts. What this means is that if you looked at your points earned to date for forum posts, it likely won't match up with your total forum posts. This issue WON'T affect the total points you earned to date. So any actual points you earned will still show up accurately in your CURRENT POINTS and TOTAL POINTS. If you have run into an instance where something still doesn't sync up, let us know, so we can help troubleshoot for you.

Now that this issue has been addressed, we can hone in on the specific issue of AUCTION POINTS not being returned, as well as certain past auction items stuck in queue. We realize it's taking a bit to get to this point, and the issue above is the reason why. We couldn't just fix the auction until we got to the root of the problem otherwise it will just happen again and again.
